How we started

In 2009, our agency — then Julie Travers Marketing Services or JTMS — was founded with a focus on creating innovative marketing campaigns for small businesses. One of the first clients was a Chicagoland McDonald's franchisee who wanted to improve ties to the local community. Our agency helped accomplish just that, and we soon developed a reputation for creating community-based events that generated buzz, increased sales, and built strong community relations.

As we grew, we expanded our services to include branding, advertising, and digital marketing, while maintaining a focus on local store marketing. Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of McDonald's franchisees across the country, developing long-term relationships and becoming a trusted marketing partner. Today, our agency — now known as Relm — is well-known for our creativity, professionalism, and incomparable expertise in local store marketing.

We have two offices — one in Chicago, Illinois and one in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our clients span across the United States, and we currently do work in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Although the majority of our clients are based out these states, we’re always happy to work with clients from anywhere in North America.
